We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of sales skills and marketing knowledge, with a passion for driving business growth. The Sales and Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, executing marketing strategies, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients and markets to generate new sales leads.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects, deliver compelling sales pitches, and effectively close deals.
- Achieve sales targets, quotas, and revenue objectives in alignment with company goals.
- Marketing Strategy Implementation:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and online content.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and offering solutions to meet their needs.

- Proven work experience in sales and marketing roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to contribute to effective marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.

- Experience in B2B or B2C sales and familiarity with the industry we operate in is a plus.
